• Go to the page for the home you would like to rent
• Click the “Contact” button
• Create a profile and start a Premium membership
• You will then see the phone number, email address or website you need to contact the landlord or agency directly

You get the following with a Premium membership:

• Unlimited access to our full database of listings, making it quick and easy to find your new home.
  You can freely contact the landlord or agency named on any of the rental listings.
• Be the first to hear about new listings that match your needs.
  You get the chance to act before free members even see them.

Log in to your account and go to “My membership” in the navigation bar, where you will find the option to cancel your subscription.

When you start a subscription with us, you are always free to cancel it whenever you want.
This means you never commit to more than you have already paid for.
If you do not want to continue your subscription, simply remember to cancel it before it renews. If you have any further questions, you can always contact our customer service team, who are always happy to help.

• Check your inbox every day for new listings that match your search
• Every time a new matching listing lands in your inbox, contact the landlord as soon as you can so you are first in the queue.
• Ask when you can come and see it, and send a friendly introduction about yourself (you can copy and paste this for every landlord you contact).
• Be patient and persistent. In larger cities, you usually need to respond to a number of listings before you are invited to a viewing. Rather than holding out for the very first home you like, contact as many as you can, as quickly as you can. People who do this often find their new home within 2-8 weeks.

Yes, you can always cancel your subscription. However, we recommend cancelling only once you have found your new home. If you are still searching and decide to cancel, you will reduce your chances of finding a home quickly.
