You can cancel your Premium subscription at any time by selecting My membership in the menu with the profile icon, after logging in. Here you will find the option to cancel your subscription with a few clicks.

If you created your subscription through the Rentumo mobile app, it can only be managed directly via your App Store / Google Play Store account settings. Rentumo does not have access to these subscriptions and cannot change, cancel, or refund them on your behalf.

Please note: Any refunds for subscriptions purchased via the App Store or Google Play must be requested directly through Apple or Google. Rentumo cannot issue refunds for these purchases.

When you signed up, you started a trial under one of the following sets of terms:

• 4-day trial for 5 zł.
  If not cancelled during the trial, the subscription automatically renews at 79 zł/month until cancelled.


• 4-day trial for 5 zł.
  If not cancelled during the trial, the subscription automatically renews at 169 zł/month until cancelled.


• 14-day trial for 5 zł.
  If not cancelled during the trial, the subscription automatically renews at 89.99 zł every 14 days until cancelled.


• 14-day trial for 5 zł.
  If not cancelled during the trial, the subscription automatically renews at 169.99 zł every 4 weeks until cancelled.


• 4-day trial for 5 zł.
  If not cancelled during the trial, the subscription automatically renews at 169.99 zł every 4 weeks until cancelled.


• 14-day trial for 5 zł.
  If not cancelled during the trial, the subscription automatically renews at 169.99 zł every 4 weeks until cancelled.

You received an email receipt when you started your trial with the exact terms that apply to you.
Trials and pricing may vary depending on when you joined. You will only be charged according to the terms of your trial.

To apply for a specific rental property, you need to create an account and start a Premium membership. Once you have done that, you can see all the details, including any contact information of the landlord or agency listed on the property page and reach out to them directly.
